Ordering & Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure everything is correct.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional time for orders placed during peak seasons or promotions.
- Payment Processing: Currently we only accept PayPal. In the future, we are looking to accept all major credit cards and PayNow. Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase.
- Order Changes or Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
2. Shipping Information
- Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs, including [Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, Express Shipping, etc.]. The available options will be presented at checkout.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the destination address. You can view the shipping rates at checkout before completing your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for domestic orders.

- International Orders*: Shipping times for international orders may vary based on destination and customs processing. (*Not available at the moment)
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
3. International Shipping (*Work in Progress)
- We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the destination country and may be collected at the time of delivery.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing may delay the delivery of international shipments. We cannot control or predict customs delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available). You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
- Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after shipment. It may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If there are any shipping restrictions on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error with your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at admin@fatsnakecomics.com. We may be able to update your address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee it.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided. However, if your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. For more information, please review our [Returns & Refunds Policy].
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@fatsnakecomics.com. Depending on availability, we will help facilitate the exchange.
